This address reaches the publisher of Closeout Desk for corrections, publication questions and privacy inquiries. It is not a Toast support channel.
Responsible publisher: Tomi. Email: tomi@gmail.com.
For a factual correction
Name the article and the specific sentence you believe needs attention. If available, include a current public source and explain what it changes. A link to official public documentation is more useful than a screenshot containing an employee’s information.
Do not send payroll exports, pay statements, banking details, government identifiers, passwords, verification codes, employee files or a support ticket containing private account details. The publisher does not need those materials to investigate a claim about a public article.
For an actual payroll problem
Use the restaurant’s approved internal route and the current support options provided through its official Toast relationship. The official Toast support site is operated by Toast, not by this publication. We cannot open, route, escalate or close a vendor support case.
Before sending a message
An email link opens your email service. If you send a message, its content and sender details are processed by your email service and the recipient’s email service.Keep a publication question separate from an operational request. A message to this inbox does not authorize a payroll action or establish that a vendor has received a report. See the Privacy Policy for website delivery and correspondence, or read the editorial method for how corrections are assessed.
